Sports Activities

In order to promote wellness and fitness in the student fraternity, ZASTI has assigned Mr. Watson Banda (Lecturer Engineering section) as a patron for sports. The school is also a registered member of Technical and Vocational Institutions Sports Association (TEVISA) for all TEVET institutions. Students are free to register in a sports discipline of interest with the patron. Currently the available sports disciplines are Netball, Chess, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Athletics and Cricket.

Students travel to different colleges in Zambia to take part in tournaments like TEVISA games, Heroes & unity games, independence Games, ZAFUCCS games. Additionally, students also participate in international tournaments in neighboring countries under SADC like Namibia, Botswana & Swaziland.
